Who actually clicks submit?

A person on your RocketJob team does. Software finds openings, scores them against your profile, and drafts the tailored resume and cover letter. A human reviews the match, checks the documents, and submits the application under your name.

Every submission shows up in your portal the same day, with the version of the resume that went out.

Do I get a say in where you apply?

Yes. You set the target titles, industries, locations, salary band, and companies to avoid. Each week you can review the target list in the portal before we work it, approve or decline individual roles, and add companies you want us to watch.

What does a realistic first ninety days look like?

Weeks one and two settle the target list and the documents. First screening requests typically land between weeks two and four, once enough applications have had time to be read.

Senior searches run slower than mid-level ones. A hiring freeze, a reorganisation or a holiday period stretches every timeline, and anyone promising you a date is guessing.

Isn't this something AI could do on its own?

Software does the finding, the scoring and the first draft, and it is genuinely good at all three. What it is not good at is judging whether a role is worth your name on it, or catching a rewrite that reads well and says the wrong thing.

That judgement is the part a person does here, and it is the reason we do not let anything go out unread.
