Career Site Profiles
We will create optimized profiles for you on 4 job websites (e.g., Ladders, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster). This alone drives recruiter calls with zero effort from us. We also login to these sites and search for your target jobs, which results in them sending you more relevant alerts.

Tailored Application Submission
Once we find an appropriate job, we will tailor your resume and cover letter to match the job, and do a scan using AI tools to ensure a good match of keywords between your resume and a company ATS (applicant tracking system).

Position Search
​We assign a JSA (job search assistant) who CARES. They will search 3-5 resources every day to find jobs that match your target position, salary and level. This will cover the majority of existing advertised jobs that match your target. They are ANXIOUS to land you a job and continuously blow away our success stats.

Success Tracking
We keep a list of every single submission, tracking response rate on a weekly basis with the goal of getting you 4-5 interviews per month (speed depends on package selected). We also watch your LinkedIn profile activity to make sure that online submissions are driving recruiter activity. If not, we troubleshoot and regroup quickly.

We retain high end recruiters who decide every day whether people like you will advance to the next stage of hiring! This add-on interview preparation service provides a coaching session, where you will learn do's and don'ts. Your recruiter will then do a mock screening interview, provide feedback and run one more for you to practice what you've learned.
