What keeps parents up at night

Your worry is reasonable. The fix is specific.

Your student is probably working hard. The problem is that the old playbook of "apply online and wait" stopped working, and most colleges haven't caught up.

01

They're applying. Nothing comes back.

The Class of 2026 sent 23 applications for every full-time job on Handshake, double the Class of 2023.4 Generic resumes get filtered by software before a person sees them.

What we do: Get them in front of people, not just portals. Guided networking opens doors, and every application we send is tailored to the role.

02

Entry-level jobs want experience

77% of recent grads say employers ask for too much experience at the entry level, and about 1 in 3 say that alone knocks them out.3

What we do: Turn classes, projects, campus jobs and internships into experience employers recognize. Truthful, and defensible in an interview.

03

They don't have your network

You know the best jobs often come through people. Your student doesn't know who those people are yet, or what to say to them.

What we do: Our software maps their connections and alumni to hiring companies, ranks who to contact, and drafts the message.

04

They freeze in the interview

Landing an interview and winning one are different skills. Most students get a single mock interview, if that.

What we do: Ignite courses on networking, interviewing and emotional intelligence, plus a prep playbook for every company.

05

The first job they take sticks

Nearly half of new grads start out underemployed,5 and that first job shapes the next several years of pay and title.

What we do: Keep a full pipeline aimed at the right roles, so they choose an offer instead of settling.

06

Every month of waiting costs real money

Rent, insurance, phone, car, and a paycheck that hasn't started. For one of our UNC families, starting six months sooner was worth about $39,500.

What we do: Move fast. That student's first interview came 7 days after he started with us.

Questions parents ask

Straight answers.

Can I pay while it stays my student's search?

Yes. Many parents pay. Your student owns the search, the portal and every decision. We work directly with them.

My kid is busy with classes. How much time does this take them?

Less than you'd think, because we remove the admin. Your student follows a short to-do list: reach out to the people we flag with openers we draft, follow up when prompted, and prep with interview guides. We handle the research, tailoring and submitting.

Is this just a resume service?

No. The resume is the start. We guide the networking, give your student a clear plan and detailed guides for every interview round, send tailored applications, and guarantee interviews.

Will you exaggerate their experience?

Never. We reframe real coursework, projects, jobs and internships in language employers screen for. Everything stays true, so your student can stand behind it in an interview.

Is coaching included?

Every student gets detailed guides for each interview round, from first screen to final round. One-on-one coaching and Ignite courses are optional add-ons you can choose at any point.

What does it cost?

Plans are billed weekly based on application volume, and you can pause or cancel any week. We confirm the plan and price on a short call. Our UNC graduate's full program was $6,149. Ignite courses on their own are $299 for all three.

How fast does it work?

It depends on the field and timing. Our UNC graduate had a first interview in 7 days and an offer in 27. A Texas State student started in March and was hired in April.
