Client-Provided Resume Acknowledgment and Limitation of Liability
The Client has elected to use a self-provided resume in lieu of RocketJob’s professionally customized resume service. By doing so, the Client acknowledges and agrees that RocketJob’s ability to optimize, tailor, and enhance the resume for Applicant Tracking System (ATS) performance, keyword alignment, and market competitiveness is limited.
RocketJob makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, effectiveness, or outcomes of a client-provided resume, including but not limited to ATS ranking, recruiter visibility, or interview generation.
The Client accepts full responsibility for the content, structure, and performance of the submitted resume and agrees that RocketJob shall not be held liable for any results or lack thereof arising from the use of a self-provided resume.
