The majority of our clients are getting interviews within two weeks of starting the service. We expect you to get at least 1 interview after the submission of 100 applications, so it depends on which package you picked (i.e., purchase of the Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum packages). The bigger the package, the faster you will get interviews.

Impressive - we surprise ourselves every time! Currently we are seeing clients get an offer in 22 - 35 days at their target salary which tends to be 20% more than they were making before. This is going to change by role, desired salary and the state of the economy and availability of jobs in your field. We have an Account Exec who has been out of work 15 months and he got 4 interviews the first week and another 4 the second week. We also have a 62 year old Marketing Manager who got an interview within one week of starting with us, and had 3 by her second week (and had gotten zero in the 4 months prior).

The sweet spot for this service is professionals making $70k - $225k base (plus 10-40% commission) at VP level and below. For IT and Sales roles, it is extremely effective. We are building our database and stats every day, so check back as we innovate and develop high yield strategies for every job seeker category that comes to us, no matter what their situation. For example, Sales Execs get asked initial questions and to take tests before the 1st interview - we are building a bank of content to help with that.

We have not yet run into a situation where we cannot get an applicant interviews within one month. The higher the job level, the more salary a person desires, the longer it will take. However, we are getting higher paid people opportunities much faster than they were able to get on their own. We strongly advocate that while we do the manual work, the Senior level job seeker network around the submissions we make for them (i.e., reach out to colleagues that work at the submitted companies, write personal notes to recruiters where we know their names, etc.).

We use AI and automation in our process, but it requires a thinking human to pull it all together and run an effective campaign. We have yet to see any technology that does it all, and we have not found any service that results in interviews. Most services out there will check your resume against a job role for one job (but not do the hundreds of submissions that are required to get interviews), or they provide a job curation service that emails you about open jobs from multiple sources (but they don't do custom resume & cover letter submissions), and some provide you coaching or offers resume creation services. But what you REALLY need is interviews!

You probably know the answer to this: no, we wish we could guarantee everyone a job but we can't. What we can say with confidence is that, for 90% people who have purchased our service, we can land them interviews. Furthermore, once our Clients are confident that they can get interviews, it takes them an average of 5 interviews to land the job they want at the salary they want...because they develop the confidence to wait for the right one.

Age discrimination is real. We have recently gained clients in this age category and are landing them interviews, like the 62-year-old client who hadn't gotten any interviews in her first 4 months of unemployment, and then got an initial interview within 1 week of starting our service. It takes more effort. We do not have a lot of data in this category yet, but since these folks will have to work harder, a service like ours may prove to be instrumental for success. Once we have stats across a larger upper age cohort we will share them, but in the meantime we would recommend you try us out for a month and see what happens.
