Unlike traditional recruiters paid by companies to fill roles, RocketJob.ai is hired by Executives (Senior Managers, Assistant Directors, Directors, VPs & C-suite) to manage their entire job search: from networking strategy and application automation to interview coaching and offer negotiation support.

Many clients begin receiving interview invites within just two weeks of starting our service, and four at most (for tougher searches where jobs are less plentiful). We typically secure at least one interview after submitting around 100 tailored applications, and often more.

Our sweet spot is professionals earning $150K–$500K at levels from Director up to C-level.  We’ve yet to encounter a scenario where a candidate failed to secure at least one interview within four weeks. Higher-level roles or higher salary expectations may extend that timeline, but our clients still land interviews much faster than they would on their own. We also encourage proactive networking and targeted outreach to amplify our submission strategy. Our software helps you network strategically for faster results.

RocketJob.ai's smart application technology identifies relevant roles daily by salary (where published). geography, target company, then submits customized, ATS-optimized applications on your behalf AND provides analysis on your skill gaps, ATS match and more for every single job. On average, our platform submits 30–80 tailored applications per week (depending on market availability) — cutting job search time in half compared to self-managed searches. Despite popular belief, that the only way to find a Senior Executive job is through the "hidden job network," our clients enjoy a steady pipeline of job opportunities - why ignore the published job market, which represents at least 30% of opportunity, including new, exciting roles every day!

While we leverage AI tools for resume and cover letter optimizations, our service centers around human intelligence. A smart, strategic job search campaign requires real judgment and personalization, something we haven’t seen fully achieved by automation alone. When you need work, we recommend an "all of the above" strategy, so, yes, you should network too, while using our service. However, we do not recommend that Senior Executive job seekers personally apply to advertised jobs - your time is best spent networking. If you apply to all advertised jobs that match your goals (via outsourcing the application process to us), network around those open jobs and build your network in general, there is no way to land faster.
