About Us
Our Story
We are tired of seeing great people expend a ridiculous amount of effort to get a job.

We hate to see anyone out of work if they don't chose to be, and feel for people who get disillusioned and start questioning their skills and worth.

Talk to any job seeker and they'll tell you, "Sure I have submitted for online jobs, but I rarely get a call!" Most HR professionals will tell you that it's all about who you know, and that the key to getting a job is networking. Networking is important and powerful, but you need a multi-modal approach, and you need something that will accelerate the number of interviews you get.

We've learned that the reason online job applications don't land jobs for most people is not that the job seeker lacks skills or experience, but rather that the job seeker doesn't realize how wildly low the success rate is for online resume submission (.8% to 3%, in our experience). Most will submit a few and give up. They might ambitiously block off 20 hours once or twice, and upon getting no results, give up and try other methods. Some will try super resume spamming tools (like "Apply4Me") but those don't work because they are not easily tailored to the role. To be successful you need to submit hundreds of applications, and need to tailor each resume and cover letter to the job if you have a prayer of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) picking you up. It also has to be consistent effort over time because you need to apply to jobs when they first come out. Most job seekers are not looking every day to see what new jobs are available, and applying while they are fresh.

We prefer to see our job seekers operate with high confidence and watch the interviews roll in in a reasonable amount of time, and we've cracked the code on how to do that.
